Joseph Baxter

Joseph Baxter is an American surrealist oil painter based out of Phoenix, Arizona primarily specializing in surreal landscapes and cityscapes. Baxter's artworks are most noted for his exploration and use of deep and vibrant color dichotomy and combine stylistic aspects reminiscent of Dr. Seuss. His unique style wavers between realism and surrealism, introducing the viewer to fantastic and often fanciful forms in nature.
